Official Language
English.

The Organizer will arrange simultaneous translation in Chinese and English, and the translation instruments for Japanese, German and the others up on the request from national associations. The speaker has to take the presentation or speeches in English or Chinese during the sessions.

Please note that if there are not more than 60 delegates (including 60 delegates) from one association, the Organizer will not supply the Interpreters for the Simultaneous, but the translation instrument will be supplied up on the request.

Exposition- Table Top Display
The Exposition – Table Top Display, being part of the Congress, will be held on Sep.19-20, 2017. Please refer to the< Exposition – Table Top Display> and <Exhibitor Manuel> for detailed information.

Name Badges
The participants are requested to wear their badge for the entire duration of the Congress. Participation in the scientific sessions, the social program and the post-congress activities will not be possible without a badge.

Climate and Clothing
According to the statistic materials, the average temperature in Suzhou in the beginning of September is 26^。C (78.8^。F) , the highest 32^。C (89.6^。F), and the lowest 23^。C (73.4^。F). It might rain during the days. No formal clothing will be required for any conference functions except special note.

Dietary Requirement
Delegates with special dietary requirements should inform ICOSPA2017 Secretariat along with your accommodation reservation.

Passport and Visa

To visit China you must have a valid passport and visa. If you need official invitation for visa application, please send your request to the Organizing Secretariat as early as possible together with family and first name, passport number and birth date.

Credit Cards

VISA, Master and Unionpay card are widely accepted at hotels, department stores, shops and restaurants. If you have some payment on-site to CCMI, you also could use the a. m. cards.

Insurance

The Organizing Committee cannot assume any responsibility for personal accident, loss or damage to the private property of participants and accompanying persons, which may either occur during or arise from the conference. Participants should therefore take whatever steps they consider necessary as regards insurance.

Attenion

Visit MetalForm China 2017

The Organizer will arrange the registered attendance and the spouse to visit MetalForm China 2017 held in Shanghai on September 19, 2017. The Timetable of Bus is as following:

If you arrive Shanghai on September 18, 2017, we sugget that you stay in Shanghai on 18,2017 and visit MetalForm China on September 19, 2017, and then take our bus to the Congress hotel in Suzhou.

When you book your flight tickets, please consider the a.m. timetable.

Presentation of Non-Sheet Metal Forming （Non Stamping and Fabricating）Company

According to the organizing committee and technical committee meeting, the presentations from Non-sheet metal forming company will be allowed.

1. Only 4 presentations from non-sheet metal forming company can be taken in the congress.
2. All of Sponsors from non-sheet metal forming company have the right to apply for the presentation. But only the Diamond or Platinum Sponsor can make one presentation free of Charge, the Gold Sponsor or Supporter can make one presentation with an extra/additional charge of RMB 50,000.00. All of the presentations must be taken with the technical committee’s approval.
3. The contents requirements for the presentation from non-sheet metal forming company are as follows:
   

   Must Include:

       1) The introduction to the current situation of business you concerned in the world.
       2) The newest technology and development in your company.
       3) The forecast for the future development.
4. The one presentation would be around 25 minutes.
